2. Products & Artisan Craftsmanship

  • Handcrafted Nature: Our poufs and leather goods are individually handcrafted by master artisans in Marrakech. Due to the handmade process and natural materials, slight variations in color, grain, texture, and stitching are natural characteristics and not defects.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed on our store are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices, update product availability, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • All payments must be authorized prior to fulfillment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched and managed through our US operational facility located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided for convenience and are subject to carrier conditions. We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
